Event description
The UCL Access and Widening Participation Office have launched a Professional Learning Network (PLN) for teachers and educational professionals. Members of the PLN are invited to attend events including regular ‘Teacher Takeaway’ twilight CPD sessions, teacher conferences, and also share online resources. PLN activities and events will draw together academics, researchers and teachers to explore pedagogies and tools that support student attainment, progression and wellbeing. It is our intention that practising teachers will form a powerful voice within the PLN, shaping content and helping to deliver CPD, which will be complemented by contributions from experts within higher education and the world of work. As part of UCL’s commitment to widening participation and fair access, the Professional Learning Network is free to join and aimed at teachers working in state-funded schools and colleges.Benefits
